Old school Superstox. To run on Sundays along with Outlaw F2's. Construction and procedural rules to follow.
-
With the 12th Oval National series now running mixed Brushed and Brushless 1300 in 2026, I am Proposing that 1300's to be mixed Brushed and Brushless next season - following the success of the Outlaw 1300's that ran along side the Outlaw F2's.
Fixed timing 17.5 motors from the following Motors: Core RC Star, Surpass Rocket Supersonic, Toro, Orca Stock GT Racing, Hobbywing Justock 365OSD.
Speed Controllers: Pace 100r, Pace 95r and Orca Totem 1s Speed Controllers only.
1s Lipo only.
-
To Adopt the Full 12th Oval 2L Construction Rules.
-
To change from One dropped score to two dropped scores per series that was previously used. Allows for holidays and Racing at Nationals by other drivers.
-
To use the AMB/MRT Timing system for club nights (retaining the Irace system for Nationals/F2 Series). AMB far more accurate system, laps not missed. Can be fitted anywhere within the car. Majority of drivers already have them.
-
To replace our current 1300 rules with the current 12th Oval 1300 rules. This will place a minimum weight limit and also add the option of running brushless (which will need to run over the weight limit) - You will then not have to make any adjustments to cars for drivers who wish to race in any 12th Oval rule sanctioned meetings.
This will replace the previous current Brushless 1300 proposal.
-
Two rounds to count in qualifying on club nights
-
Classic hot rod's
Battery's to be stick type only with manufacturer original packaging/shrink wrap from 3600 to 4700 only
No home made/built battery's to be used

Non adjustable esc, removing programme cards/functions.
To remove the 1060 wp esc from being fitted to make it a more even construction.
-
To use the White/Yellow/Blue roof grade separate championship across all formulas as per current 1300 rules.
-
To allow the 12th oval national hotrod construction rules to be raced on a Saturday night with the use of a 13.5 or 17.5 motor.
-
Classic hotrods to be opened up to allow anyone to race one still with the strict control that has made the formula such a success.
